Bathroom Remodeling, Start to Finish

From a quick refresh to a full gut remodel, we design and build bathrooms that are easy to clean and built to last.

In Amherst, Ohio, we turned a dated tub-and-sliding-door bathroom into a spa bath: a curbless walk-in shower with a glass panel, linear drain, rain head and lit niche, onyx-look large-format porcelain on the walls and floor, a wood slat ceiling, brass fixtures, a floating vanity and a backlit mirror.

In Twinsburg, Ohio, we built a double walk-in shower in book-matched marble-look porcelain slabs, with two shower heads, brass body jets, a long niche and a linear drain — and a primary bath taken from bare studs to a freestanding tub on a tiled platform, a moss wall, a wood slat ceiling and a floating double vanity.

In Bratenahl, Ohio, we replaced a dated faux-finished bath with a bright walk-in shower featuring a marble mosaic floor, a marble-topped bench and built-in shelves — and in another home in Bratenahl, Ohio, we replaced a glass block shower with a walk-in shower in dark marble-look porcelain, with a built-in bench, grab bar, handheld shower and herringbone mosaic floor. And in Hudson, Ohio, we built a new bathroom with a double walk-in shower: white hexagon wall tile, black fixtures, two rain heads, a linear drain and wood-look tile floors.

In Beachwood, Ohio, we replaced a fiberglass shower and dated vanity with a freestanding tub, a glass sliding-door shower with a hex mosaic floor, marble-look porcelain and a double vanity.

In Streetsboro, Ohio, we framed and built a double shower from scratch: two rain heads and handhelds, a full-width bench, marble-look wall tile with navy herringbone accent stripes, a matching niche and floor, and a sliding glass door.

In Avon Lake, Ohio, we rebuilt an arched walk-in shower as a spa shower, with an LED rain head, six body jets, a hex mosaic ceiling and floor, a marble-look bench and a digital control panel, plus his-and-hers vanities with lighted mirrors and a tall linen cabinet.

In Rocky River, Ohio, we took a tub alcove down to the studs and rebuilt it with a deep soaking tub, textured gray tile on the walls and ceiling, recessed lights, a blue wave mosaic tub front with a matching niche, and a new shower with a handheld. In another home in Rocky River, Ohio, we converted a fiberglass tub into a walk-in shower with a fluted wood-look porcelain accent wall, white subway tile, a marble hex mosaic floor, a sliding glass door and brushed gold fixtures, plus a marble hex floor with brass inlay and a new vanity.

In Chagrin Falls, Ohio, we rebuilt a primary bath tucked under the roofline: the tiled jetted-tub platform came out for a black pedestal tub set on a bordered tile inset under the dormer window, and we built a double walk-in shower under the sloped ceiling with two rain heads, two handhelds, a bench and niches, all in large-format marble-look porcelain. In another home in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, we built a one-of-a-kind designer bath: a shoji-screen-style tile wall, fluted wood-look porcelain, a 3D hexagon tile accent wall, a freestanding soaking tub with a brass wall-mount filler, a glass shower with a black rain head and turquoise-glass niches, a walnut double vanity with turquoise sinks and brass faucets, and a charcoal hex tile floor.

In North Royalton, Ohio, we removed a tiled jetted-tub platform and dated shower and put in a freestanding tub with a brushed gold floor-mount filler, a new shower in blue-green onyx-look porcelain with gold trim, a rain head and handheld, and new plank flooring. In a second home in Mentor, Ohio, we took a small vintage bathroom with a damaged ceiling down to the studs and rebuilt it with large-format gray porcelain, a white vanity with a quartz top, and a walk-in shower with dual rain heads, six brushed gold body jets, a thermostatic control panel, herringbone floor and niches, and a linear drain.

In Cleveland, Ohio, we replaced a fiberglass tub surround and dated vanity with a new soaking tub, a handmade-look vertical stacked tile surround with a niche, built-in open shelving, a wood vanity with a quartz top and large-format gray porcelain floors.

In Aurora, Ohio, we built a brand-new bathroom in the corner of an existing room: a walk-in shower in large-format marble-look porcelain with a hex mosaic floor, niche, linear drain and sliding glass door, a smart toilet, a floating white vanity and matching porcelain floors.

In Westlake, Ohio, we opened an old shower down to the floor joists, repaired the damaged framing and subfloor, and built a curbless, barrier-free walk-in shower with large-format marble-look porcelain, a penny tile floor, three grab bars, a slide-bar handheld and a long niche.

In Brecksville, Ohio, we updated a dated teal bathroom with sage green glass tile, a grab bar, a heated towel rack, a green vanity with a quartz top and a lighted mirror — and built a curbless walk-in shower with a navy diamond tile wall, grab bar and handheld shower.

In Aurora, Ohio, we finished a primary bathroom with marble-look porcelain floors and a floor-to-ceiling feature wall, a wood double vanity with a lighted mirror and globe light, a black-framed glass shower and a heated towel rack. In another home in Beachwood, Ohio, we transformed a 1990s primary bath — black jetted tub on a tiled platform, brass shower door — into a spa suite with a freestanding soaking tub under a glass chandelier, a frameless glass shower with a ceiling rain head, body jets and a bench, large-format marble-look porcelain and a lighted mirror.

In Bay Village, Ohio, we replaced a drop-in jetted tub with a freestanding tub under the window, a geometric marble-look mosaic floor, a floating vanity with vessel sinks and a stone top, and a walk-in shower with three shower heads and marble-look porcelain from floor to ceiling. And in Macedonia, Ohio, we replaced a cracked one-piece fiberglass tub surround with a new tub, marble-look porcelain walls, a picket mosaic niche, matte black fixtures and a curved sliding glass door.

In Mentor, Ohio, we remodeled three bathrooms in one home: an almond fiberglass tub became an arched walk-in shower with a frameless door and lighted round mirror; a hall bath got bold marble-look porcelain, a sliding glass tub door and a double vanity; and the primary bath traded a tiled jetted-tub platform for a freestanding tub, glass shower and double vanity under a vaulted ceiling. Back home in Twinsburg, Ohio, we replaced a brass-framed shower and drop-in jetted tub with a frameless glass shower in glazed vertical tile with gold-trimmed niches, a hex mosaic floor and linear drain, brushed gold fixtures, a freestanding tub and a board-and-batten accent wall. And in another home in Brecksville, Ohio, we replaced a dated vanity, drop-in tub and beige tile with a frameless walk-in shower with a terrazzo-look floor and linear drain, a floating wood double vanity with a lighted mirror, floating shelves and wood-look plank flooring.

In Strongsville, Ohio, we rebuilt a primary suite from the studs: a glass shower with an LED ceiling rain head, six body jets, a digital control panel and a black marble-look floor; a freestanding tub on a black platform with LED underlighting; two floating vanities with round lighted mirrors and gold pulls; and floor-to-ceiling marble-look porcelain.
